🏷️ You decide which orders it may touch
AutoERP never grabs an order on its own. You mark an order in your ERP and only then does the bot take it — so you can try it on a single order before trusting it with the pipeline. Everything unmarked is left completely alone.
The marks are ordinary order tags. We create them in your ERP for you during setup, so they are ready in the drop-down.

🐙 Three Core Modules — In Detail
Order Confirmation
Confirms tagged quotations. For prepayment customers it issues a 100% down-payment invoice through your ERP — payable, linked to the order and deducted on the final invoice. Your ERP sends the confirmation with your own template, in the customer’s language.
Shipping
Full delivery when every item is reserved, or partial delivery for the available lines (oldest orders first). Min delivery value (default 25) with auto-bypass after 14 days. Multi-step routes wait for pick and pack. Lots, serials and kits are respected. Credit checking holds the shipment if the down payment is unpaid or the customer is overdue.
Invoicing
Invoices are created by your ERP’s own invoicing, so your fiscal positions, invoice addresses, delivery fees and down payments are all applied. Collection invoices batch a customer’s orders — immediate, daily, weekly or monthly, one per currency. Min collection amount (default 50). Waits up to 14 days for the rest of an order so it lands on one invoice. Your ERP emails the invoice with its PDF.
