After that, a paid plan gives each app its own monthly usage allowance, counted in credits. Simple steps use few credits; reading documents and AI use more. Extra packs never expire — they are used only when the monthly allowance of a paid plan runs out.

How It Works
Choose an App and Connect Your Accounts
Connect your mailbox, ERP or cloud storage securely in the Access Manager on the BOTS dashboard (Settings tab).
Start Your Free Discovery Month
Run the app in Demo Mode first and control everything from the dashboard.
One click on Start free Discovery month gives the app the Personal plan’s usage allowance for a month. When the month ends, the app moves to the free plan with a small monthly allowance — nothing stops suddenly.

Pick the plan that fits your volume, and add an extra pack in a busy month.
What Uses More Credits
Every processed item uses credits from the app’s allowance. The dashboard shows how much of the monthly allowance is left, plus your extra packs.

When both run out, the app starts no new items until the next period starts or you add an extra pack — an item it has already started always finishes. We let you know by email when your allowance runs low.
