AutoEMAIL is an AI assistant inside your own mailbox — info@, sales@, support@. It puts a label on every new email: order, quote, complaint, invoice, question, newsletter, personal, or your own categories. When an email needs an answer, drag it into the AutoEMAIL folder: it writes the reply in the sender’s language and saves it as a draft next to the original. It never sends, never deletes and never moves mail away. A daily digest lists what was labelled and drafted. Coming soon.

How It Works
Connect Your Mailbox
Connect a mailbox on BOTS4.me/bots: a normal login, Gmail or Microsoft sign-in. AutoEMAIL starts in Demo Mode: one “what I would have done” email a day, and nothing is written to your mailbox.
Every New Email Gets a Label
In LIVE, each new inbox email gets a label: an Outlook category with Microsoft sign-in, a Gmail label on Gmail, a mail tag on other servers. With AutoSPAM on the mailbox, only email AutoSPAM let through is labelled.
Drag In, Get a Draft
When an email needs an answer, drag it into the AutoEMAIL folder. The AI reads the thread, your earlier replies in Sent and the sender’s history, and saves a reply in Drafts. The original goes back to the inbox with its label.
Edit and Press Send
Open Drafts, edit if needed and press Send. Undo is one click in Logs: delete the draft or remove the label. A daily digest lists what was labelled, drafted and skipped, and why.

Labels by Category
Order, quote, complaint, invoice, question, newsletter, personal — or your own categories from the Family plan. Labels appear as Outlook categories, Gmail labels or mail tags, in the mail app you already use.
Reply Drafts in the Sender’s Language
One draft per incoming message, saved as a reply in your Drafts folder. Paid plans write in the sender’s language, with your chosen tone and a signature built from your company details; the free plan writes in your language. You set a daily cap.
Learns Your Tone
From the Family plan, AutoEMAIL learns how you write from your Sent folder.
Facts, Not Guesses
From the Business plan, drafts can use facts from your Mail2KNOW knowledge base and order or stock status from your ERP — read-only, it never writes to your ERP.
Nudges and a Daily Digest
Complaints or urgent words send a nudge to the owner (Personal and higher). A daily digest lists what was labelled, drafted and skipped, and why. Operating hours and the DEMO / LIVE switch are in your dashboard.
Shared Mailboxes
On Enterprise, drafts for a shared mailbox can be saved in a colleague’s mailbox.
