Real Sales History Analysis
Analyzes your actual sales from your ERP over a configurable period — 120 days by default. Every stock target is based on what your customers really bought, not assumptions.
Five Optimization Modes
Coverage: keep N months of average demand in stock (default 2). Service level: statistical Gaussian safety stock for your chosen availability target (80–99%). Demand percentile: distribution-free safety stock from your actual demand pattern. Hybrid: picks the right statistical model per product automatically, based on how regularly it sells. Recent-weighted: like Coverage, but recent sales count more than old ones. Switch modes in the dashboard. (Coverage works on every paid tier; every other mode is available at the Business tier.)
Monthly Design Report
Once a month, AutoSTOCK can compare every optimization mode and analysis window on your own sales history — capital tied up vs revenue at risk, side by side — and email you the winner with the exact settings to apply. Nothing is changed in your ERP. (Business tier, 2 credits per report.)
SMART Demand Shaping
Optional intelligence layers on top of any mode: one-time bulk orders count only partially (so a single unusual sale cannot inflate stock for months), targets follow year-over-year trend within safe limits, seasonal goods are raised one lead time before the season starts, and a reminder email lists products a human should decide on — in time to order manually. (Business tier, each layer switchable.)
Real Vendor Lead Times
Service-level mode uses each product’s real vendor lead time from your ERP — longer lead times mean more safety stock. Erratic or thin demand is excluded automatically so statistics are never applied where they don’t belong.
Qualification Gates
A product only gets a stock target if enough different customers bought it enough times — both thresholds are configurable. One-off and special-order items never end up on your shelf.
Native Reordering Rules
Results are written back to your ERP as standard min/max reordering rules — in Odoo, regular stock.warehouse.orderpoint records. Your own procurement keeps working with them. Prefer to look first? Report-only mode is built in.
