What happens after you write to us

1. Within one business day a real person replies. No ticket bots, no queue numbers.
2. We ask about your ERP, your email volume and the process that costs you the most time, then recommend one app to start with.
3. You try it in Demo Mode on your own mailbox. Nothing is sent or written to your ERP until you switch Demo off.

We answer in English, Slovak and Czech, and we read every other language our apps support. Support hours are 8:00 to 12:00 Central European Time, Monday to Friday.

For questions about an existing subscription, write from the email address you registered with, so we can find your account immediately.

If you prefer a call, say so in the message and suggest two time slots. We confirm one of them by email.
