Demo Mode is ON by Default
Demo Mode is enabled automatically for every new product. You can provide access at any level — Demo Mode still protects you from any writes until you turn it off. For your safety, turning Demo Mode OFF stays locked until the app completes at least one demo run and you receive its report email — the first run is always a demo, so nothing is ever written to your ERP without your clear intent.

Find Your DEMO Email
After setup, go to Bots→ General Dashboard

🔑 How Demo Mode Works With Your Access
Demo Mode is a simple ON/OFF toggle — independent of what access you provide. Add access at your own pace, Demo Mode keeps you safe.
No Access + Demo Mode ON
Send test emails to your unique demo address. The app shows you exactly how it would process them. No setup needed.
Email Access + Demo Mode ON
Reads your real emails and reports what it would do. No changes made to your email or ERP. Great for evaluation.
Email + ERP Access + Demo Mode ON
Reads your emails, matches against real ERP data (customers, products, pricing). Still no writes — just detailed reports.
Full Access + Demo Mode OFF
Full production. Data flows into your ERP automatically. Turn Demo Mode off only when you’re confident and ready.
Toggle Demo Mode anytime from Bots → Control tab. First month is free. Turning Demo OFF unlocks after your first demo run report.
📧 Try Each Product in Demo Mode
Processes customer orders and RFQs into your ERP. In demo mode, shows you what it would create.
Customer RFQ or order email
Matches payment notifications to invoices. In demo mode, shows matched invoices without recording payments. If your Odoo is connected, the demo automatically shows matches from your real bank journal — no configuration needed.

Processes supplier order confirmations. In demo mode, shows matched purchase orders without updating them.

💡 Important Notes
- Demo Mode is ON by default for every product — you’re protected from day one
- Demo Mode can be turned OFF only after the first demo run (report email received) — the first run is always a demo, so no changes happen in your ERP without your intent
- Toggle Demo Mode from Bots → Control tab for each product
- You can provide email or ERP access while Demo Mode is still ON — the app reads your data but makes no changes
- Demo Mode is also a security feature — it prevents any accidental writes to your systems (learn more)
- Test as much as you want until your demo credits run out
- Each product has its own demo email (visible in the dashboard) and credit balance
- When you’re confident, turn Demo Mode OFF to go live — your first month is free
