Smart Email Routing & Control
Smart Duplicate Detection
When customers email multiple addresses or forward the same order, Mail2ERP automatically detects duplicates and prevents double-entry in your ERP. Duplicates are moved to _TRASH/DUPLICATES so nothing slips through — and nothing gets entered twice.
Logs in Your Mailbox
Everything the bot does also appears as a message in a LOGS folder inside its own folder in your mailbox, so your whole team can follow it without a BOTS login. Rows that need a decision carry one-click buttons. Nothing is sent by email, and the folder keeps the latest 100 rows from the last 30 days. Included from the Personal plan.
Smart Non-Customer Routing (optional, Family and higher)
Emails from senders not in your customer database stay in your INBOX by default so nothing slips out of view. Switch on Separate External in the Mail2ERP Control tab to route them to the EXTERNAL folder instead. No accidental imports from unknown senders either way.
