📬 Cannot find an email? Look in _LAST-20 first
Once you switch it on, the folder _LAST-20 (_LAST-50 on Business and Enterprise plans) holds copies of the last emails you received — wherever our apps filed them: spam, the queue or an app folder. Ideal for verification codes and “did it arrive?” moments. Move a copy anywhere and the original is tidied away into _TRASH; deleting a copy never touches the original. The folder name follows your app language. Switch it on or off at /bots → General Dashboard. Gmail does not need it: use Gmail’s All Mail.

❓ FAQ
Can my team act without a BOTS login?
Yes. Open the LOGS folder inside the bot’s folder in your mailbox: each row of the log is a message there, and rows that need a decision carry one-click buttons. On by default from the Personal plan.
SUPPLIER vs DO_NOT_IMPORT?
SUPPLIER excludes ALL emails from a sender from import. DO_NOT_IMPORT learns the email pattern — it skips similar emails, but other emails from that sender are still imported.
How to reverse any decision?
Move to _AutoSPAM/ALLOW or _Mail2ERP/ALLOW. Resets the sender’s AutoSPAM decisions (SPAM, VIP, SUPPLIER, custom lists).
What ERPs are supported?
Odoo, ERPNext, Zoho, Dolibarr, Business Central online, QuickBooks Online, Xero and SAP Business One today — any other ERP with an API on request.
Can I test safely?
Yes — with Demo Mode enabled, nothing is written to your ERP. First month free.
What file formats work?
PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, HTML, images, scanned PDFs (OCR). All languages. Any document layout.
Do I need AutoSPAM?
Basic filtering included. For full AI filtering → AutoSPAM + Mail2ERP bundle recommended.
How often does it process?
On the Run Schedule you choose in the Control tab, within the operating hours you set (07:00-16:00 on weekdays by default). Higher plans allow faster schedules, up to Highest priority.
Where do failed emails go?
They stay in your INBOX so you still see them. Unknown senders also stay there by default — enable Separate External in Mail2ERP settings to route them to
_Mail2ERP/EXTERNAL. VIP senders always go to the top-level _VIP folder.
