Smart Duplicate Detection
When customers email multiple addresses or forward the same order, Mail2ERP automatically detects duplicates and prevents double-entry in your ERP. Duplicates are moved to _TRASH/DUPLICATES so nothing slips through — and nothing gets entered twice.
Smart Non-Customer Routing (optional)
Emails from senders not in your customer database stay in your INBOX by default so nothing slips out of view. Enable Separate External in Mail2ERP settings to route them to the EXTERNAL folder instead. No accidental imports from unknown senders either way.
