❓ FAQ
SUPPLIER vs DO_NOT_IMPORT?
SUPPLIER blocks ALL emails from a sender. DO_NOT_IMPORT learns the email pattern — skips similar ones, but other emails from that sender are still imported.
How to reverse any decision?
Move to _AutoSPAM/ALLOW. Resets all previous decisions (VIP, custom lists). SUPPLIERS list managed at /bots → Settings.

Where do failed emails go?
They stay in your INBOX so you still see them. Unknown senders also stay there by default — enable Separate External in Mail2ERP settings to route them to
_EXTERNAL. VIP senders always go to the top-level _VIP folder.
