What BOTS4.me is
Ready-made bots, plugged into Odoo
Twelve automation bots. Eleven work the email-to-cash cycle: they read the emails your client already receives (orders, RFQs, supplier confirmations, bank notifications, spam) and act on them in Odoo. No development, no middleware: a free BOTS4.me Connect module for Odoo 13–19, or a zero-code helper for Odoo Online. The twelfth, AutoGEO, keeps the client’s WordPress website and WooCommerce shop easy to find on Google and in AI answers.
Safe to switch on
Every bot starts in Demo Mode: it processes real emails and reports what it would have done, without writing to Odoo. Access levels go from email-only, to Odoo read, to full writes, when the client is ready. AI runs on EU providers only. Five bots contain no AI at all, and most of the others have an AI Mode switch with an Off setting.

TreeLab OÜ, registered in Estonia (EU). Founder Adam Petras. Reference client IMP Kontakt runs its full order flow through BOTS4.me at more than 4,700 orders a month. Listings on the Odoo App Store are published by TreeLab OÜ.

EU baseline prices excluding VAT, per bot, monthly billing; quarterly, semiannual and annual billing are discounted. The first month of every bot is a free Discovery month with the Personal allowance (fair use, not unlimited), no credit card. You earn commission on every paid plan.

How commission is paid
Commission is paid on every paid plan, Personal, Family, Business and Enterprise: a share of every subscription payment, on every renewal, plus 14% on extra usage packs a client buys while holding a paid plan. You earn the full rate for 24 months from the client’s first paid order on any plan, then 10% on every payment for as long as the client pays and you remain a partner.
The rate is fixed by the date of each payment: an annual plan paid in month 24 earns the full rate for that whole year. The free Discovery month and 0 € orders earn nothing, and a fully refunded first order does not start the 24 months. A client who joins through your link on the free plan stays linked to you, and commission starts with their first paid order. Paid monthly by bank transfer, Wise or Revolut once your balance reaches €50; smaller amounts roll into the next month.
What a portfolio earns: 20 Business clients on Mail2ERP, billed annually, pay €132,480 a year. You earn €26,496 a year in years 1–2 and €13,248 a year from year 3 — every year, for as long as the clients pay and you remain a partner.

Every partner earns on every paid plan. Amounts exclude VAT. Years 1–2 use the full rate; from year 3 every example earns 10% of what the client pays, on every renewal for as long as the client pays and you remain a partner.
How a client becomes yours
- Apply at bots4.me/earn-with-us. The program is open to everyone who knows companies. Every application is reviewed by hand and answered by email within 5 business days. There is no limit on places.
- Get your partner code and link. Approved partners receive a dashboard at bots4.me/earn-with-us and a code; your link is
https://bots4.me/?partner=YOURCODE. - Client registers through your link. The code is remembered in the browser and bound to the account on the first dashboard visit. A client on any plan can also enter your code at bots4.me/get-dedicated-support. Once a client is linked, a change goes only through support@bots4.me.
- Client connects Odoo in minutes: install BOTS4.me Connect from the Odoo App Store (Odoo.sh and on-premise) or use the zero-code helper for Odoo Online. Mailbox via OAuth for Gmail and Microsoft 365, or IMAP.
- Demo Mode, then the free month, then paid. The client sees a week of “would have done” reports, switches the bot live, and chooses a paid plan after the free month; without one the bot continues on the free plan with a small monthly allowance. Your commission starts with the client’s first paid order on any plan, and so do the 24 months at the full rate.

- Pick the clients in your portfolio who retype emailed orders, chase invoices or reconcile by hand.
- Show them the demo at bots4.me/demo, or switch on Demo Mode on their own mailbox.
- Help with the setup if the client wants it (one guide covers Odoo 13–19). You arrange and charge that directly with the client.
- No support duties: your clients write to support@bots4.me with their questions.
BOTS4.me
- Runs, hosts and improves the bots; keeps the connector current for every Odoo release.
- Bills the client, issues invoices, handles payments and cancellations.
- All client support at support@bots4.me, EU-only AI processing, encryption at rest.
