📅 Which folders to check & how often
Schedule for all 3 folders below: once a day or as needed.

_VIP and any custom destination folders (e.g. _FAMILY) should be checked as often as your INBOX — they’re just sorted slices of your inbox. _TRASH/DUPLICATES needs no manual checking.

How do I teach AutoSPAM?
Move emails to ALLOW/REFUSE/SPAM folders. One move = learned forever.
How do I reverse a decision?
Move any email from that sender to _AutoSPAM/ALLOW. Resets all previous decisions.
Where do I see what happened to each email?
BOTS4.me/bots → select AutoSPAM → Logs tab.
What is Learn from Sent?
When enabled, AutoSPAM reads your Sent folder and adds recipients to the Allowed list. People you email will never be blocked.
Can I share my learning?
Enable Monthly Lists Export. Share lists with family/friends. They import by sending to [email protected]. Each imported list replaces the matching list by name. Optionally set a Lists password in Settings for encryption.
Is there a free version?
Yes — the Freemium plan is always available: manual controls (ALLOW, REFUSE, SPAM, VIP), no time limit. Free uses only your manual list (AI-learner paused), with daily / weekly limits, processed at low priority. Paid: AI auto-learner active, no daily limits, priority processing — as fast as possible. Downgrade is safe: AI list is paused (not deleted), manual entries keep working. First month free on any paid tier.
What if I change email provider?
Your learning stays at BOTS4.me. Works across any device or email client.
How many languages?
31 languages. Change at /bots → Settings → Billing → App Language (once per day).
What are Custom Folders?
Create up to 3 custom categories (FAMILY, CUSTOMER, etc.). Configure at /bots → Settings → AutoSPAM. Changes once every 8 hours.
