What ClientFACTORY Does
A 3-step cold-email sequence — intro, value, follow-up — written by AI from your product description, in every target language you pick. Change your product description and the templates are regenerated automatically.
AI generates search queries for each of your target countries, in its language, scores result relevance, crawls contact pages (and business directories on higher tiers), and keeps only business addresses on domains that accept mail — one contact per company, around the clock. Contacts from other countries are dropped.
One-click unsubscribe (RFC-8058 headers), automatic bounce handling with campaign auto-halt on high bounce rates, suppression lists, send warm-up throttling, and your postal address in every footer (as CAN-SPAM requires). Every email also says why the recipient gets it and where the address was found, with a link to your privacy page.
Campaigns are sent from your own mailbox (password, or Gmail / Microsoft 365 sign-in) with your email signature — your domain, your deliverability reputation. Or choose the BOTS4.me mailbox: emails go out as “your company via BOTS4.me” and replies go to your own address. White-label removes the “Powered by” line entirely.

Preview your campaign in Demo Mode before a single prospect is contacted. Then every email sent and every new verified contact found uses part of your plan’s monthly allowance, and the AI work (AI Search, finding contacts, writing your emails) uses more. The allowance is checked before sending — when it is used up, sending and discovery pause until it is available again.
A reply stops the sequence for that company (out-of-office replies don’t), and a “remove me” reply blocks the address. Every other reply becomes a lead in your CRM — company, contact and the reply as an internal note; nobody is emailed by the CRM. Live on Odoo today; any other ERP or CRM with an API is connected on request. No ERP connected yet? Replies are kept and pushed once you connect it.

Deliverability & Safeguards
Cold outreach lives or dies by sender reputation. ClientFACTORY automates the safeguards — a few things on your side make all the difference.
Recommended: campaigns go out from your own email account, so the reputation you build belongs to your domain — not a shared pool — and follow-ups stop as soon as a prospect replies. The BOTS4.me mailbox sends only the first email unless your own mailbox is also connected, because only then can replies be seen.
Configure these DNS records for your sending domain before your first campaign. Without them, even great emails land in spam.
Warm-up is automatic: it starts at 5 emails a day on Personal, 20 on Family, 40 on Business and 80 on Enterprise, and grows by the same amount each week up to your plan’s daily limit. Emails go out on weekdays only, during the recipient’s local business hours.
ClientFACTORY is built for B2B outreach. Discovery keeps business addresses only — free-mail inboxes are dropped — and writes to one contact per company. Keep the lists you upload the same way.
The postal address you enter in the dashboard appears in every email footer — a legal requirement under CAN-SPAM and good practice in the EU.
