📬 Cannot find an email? Look in _LAST-20 first
Once you switch it on, the folder _LAST-20 (_LAST-50 on Business and Enterprise plans) holds copies of the last emails you received — wherever our apps filed them: spam, the queue or an app folder. Ideal for verification codes and “did it arrive?” moments. Move a copy anywhere and the original is tidied away into _TRASH; deleting a copy never touches the original. The folder name follows your app language. Switch it on or off at /bots → General Dashboard. Gmail does not need it: use Gmail’s All Mail.
🎓 Two ways to teach AutoSPAM
1. Move emails into a teaching folder — best for many emails at once (select several, move them together).
2. Click a button under a message in _AutoSPAM/LOGS — best for a single email.
Both teach AutoSPAM exactly the same. The LOGS buttons start once AutoSPAM is LIVE. On the free plan there is no LOGS folder, so you teach by moving emails. Full guide: Logs in your mailbox

🎭 New accounts start in Demo Mode: you get a report of what AutoSPAM would do; switch Mode from DEMO to LIVE on the Control tab when ready.

📅 Which folders to check & how often
Schedule for both folders below: once a day or as needed.

_VIP and any custom destination folders (e.g. _FAMILY) should be checked as often as your INBOX — they’re just sorted slices of your inbox. _TRASH/DUPLICATES needs no manual checking.
❓ FAQ
Can my team act without a BOTS login?
Yes. Open the LOGS folder inside the bot’s folder in your mailbox: each row of the log is a message there, and rows that need a decision carry one-click buttons. On by default from the Personal plan. Full guide: Logs in your mailbox
How do I teach AutoSPAM?
Move emails to the ALLOW/REFUSE/SPAM folders (best for many emails at once), or click a button under a message in _AutoSPAM/LOGS (best for a single email). Both teach the same — one action = learned forever.
How do I reverse a decision?
Move any email from that sender to _AutoSPAM/ALLOW. Resets the sender’s AutoSPAM decisions (spam, VIP, supplier, custom lists).
Where do I see what happened to each email?
BOTS4.me/bots → Logs → Category: AutoSPAM.
What is Learn from Sent?
When enabled, AutoSPAM reads your Sent folder and adds recipients to the Allowed list. People you email will never be blocked. Runs automatically several times a day.
Can I share my learning?
Enable Monthly Lists Export (Family plan and higher). Your lists arrive in a password-protected ZIP — your Lists password, or the generated one shown in Control. Share the lists with family/friends. They import into their own account by mailing them to autospam@bots4.me from that account’s own address, inside the password-protected ZIP — plain files are refused. Entries are added and de-duplicated, never replaced. Once a day at most.
Is there a free version?
Yes — the free plan is always available: manual controls (ALLOW, REFUSE, SPAM, VIP) and blocking of executables, disk images and scripts, no time limit. Free uses only your manual list (AI-learner paused), the 100 most recently used SPAM and 100 ALLOW entries (25 VIP, 25 suppliers), and a small monthly allowance. Paid: AI auto-learner active, a much larger monthly volume, much larger lists, and paid clients are processed first. Downgrade is safe: AI list is paused (not deleted), manual entries keep working. Your first month is a free Discovery month: the Personal allowance plus many Family and Business features to try.
What if I change email provider?
Your learning stays at BOTS4.me. Works across any device or email client.
How many languages?
31 languages. Change at /bots → Settings → Billing Information → App Language (once per day).
What are Custom Folders?
Create up to 3 custom categories (FAMILY, CUSTOMER, etc.). Configure at /bots → Control → AutoSPAM. Changes once every 8 hours.
