Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar small store inside your browser. bots4.me uses both only for the purposes listed on this page.
In short: no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no Google Analytics or other third-party analytics. We count visits ourselves, without cookies (see Website Statistics). The only non-essential items — remembering which campaign or partner link brought you — are used only if you allow “Marketing” in our cookie banner.
Remember your choice in the cookie banner, so we do not ask on every page

Attribution
b4m_cf_src
Only if you allow “Marketing” in the cookie banner, and only when you arrive through a link in one of our e-mail campaigns. Remembers which campaign it was (source, campaign, link variant — no personal identifier), so we know which campaign led to a sign-up or partner application. Removed when you withdraw consent.

Attribution
b4m_partner_ref (local storage)
Only if you allow “Marketing” in the cookie banner, and only when you arrive through a BOTS4.me partner’s link. Remembers the partner who introduced you, so that partner is credited when you sign up. Removed when you withdraw consent.
90 days, or until it is linked to your account
Website Statistics Without Cookies
We measure how our website is used ourselves, on our own web server. This uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It is not part of the cookie banner’s “Marketing” choice; you can switch it off with your browser’s privacy signal or by refusing “Statistics” in the banner (see below).
What is counted
The page you opened (without anything after the “?” in the address)
The website or campaign link that sent you (for another website: only its name, e.g. “google.com”)
The language version of the page, your country (derived from your IP address by Cloudflare) and your device type (phone, tablet or desktop, from the information every browser sends with each request)
Only if you allow “Statistics” in the cookie banner: how many seconds a page stayed visible on your screen (measured when you leave the page; nothing is stored on your device)
How your privacy is protected
Your IP address is never stored. To count different visitors, we keep a pseudonymous code made from your IP address and browser type with a secret that is replaced every day and then deleted, so the code cannot be recalculated from your IP address. Page views on the day you create an account can be connected to that account until they are deleted after 60 days.
If your browser sends a “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal, or you refuse “Statistics” in the cookie banner, your visit is not counted at all.
Individual page views are deleted after 60 days; only daily totals are kept.
Our staff, automated bots and the BOTS4.me mobile app are not counted.
When you create an account, start Discovery or place an order, we keep with your account which campaign, website or partner brought you to us. This is removed from your account if you ask us to erase your personal data.
Cloudflare, which protects our website, may also give us aggregated, cookieless traffic totals.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how our own website is used and which campaigns and partners bring customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for your rights.

Third-Party Cookies & Services
These services may set their own cookies when you use the part of the website that needs them:
No advertising or analytics partners: none of the services above is used to profile you or show you ads.
Your Choices
Our cookie banner asks before anything non-essential is stored in your browser. Today that is only the campaign and partner link memory (“Marketing”). Essential cookies and our cookie-free statistics do not depend on the banner.
Change your cookie settings
Open the cookie banner again to allow or withdraw “Marketing” at any time.
If the cookie settings do not appear here (JavaScript off or blocked), you can delete this site’s cookies in your browser instead.
Website statistics: switch on “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” in your browser, or refuse “Statistics” in the cookie banner, and your visits are not counted.
Refusing “Marketing” only stops the campaign and partner memory in your browser. When you create an account on the same day you arrived, our own statistics (above) still note which website or campaign link brought you, as described there.
Withdrawing “Marketing” removes the campaign and partner link memory (b4m_cf_src, b4m_partner_ref) from your browser.
Delete or block cookies and site data in your browser at any time (see below). Blocking essential cookies stops sign-in and checkout from working.
Attribution kept with your account is removed when you ask us to erase your personal data — write to privacy@bots4.me.
Browser Settings & Manual Control
You can also manage cookies directly through your browser settings. Here’s how to control cookies in popular browsers:
Service Impact: Blocking all cookies may prevent you from accessing your automation dashboard, saving ERP configurations, or using certain AI features. We recommend allowing essential cookies for the best experience.
